Ascension, the act of ascending.
What is it to raise your vibration? To ascend to a vibration above where you vibrate at now. Vibration here is the speed at which light vibrates. Light is information. When you ascend you access experiences, realities and abilities of which you have no or fleeting awareness from your current vibration. The force that drives one’s ascension comes from one's aspiration.
As you ascend you challenge "stuck energy", lies, outgrown belief systems, foreign energy that block the way of the light vibrating faster. This requires vigilance of habits and actions that they reflect the new information you have access to. So you live in the truth.
Maintaining your new vibration requires integration of the many you's and recognition and clearing of entities that have other agendas for you! As you learn who you are and to operate from this new space you can "hold steady in the light".
